Yes — upload a photo, sketch or Pinterest link on the product page, or WhatsApp it to us. We will send a quote with fabric options.
30–50% advance for custom orders, with the balance before dispatch. Readymade is paid in full at checkout.
UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay, plus Cash on Delivery.
Unused readymade items within 7 days of delivery, with tags intact. Custom and made-to-order pieces are returnable only for manufacturing defects.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
Yes — a GST invoice is attached to every order email and available from your My Account page.
Register on the Become a Seller page (or ask the admin to add you manually). Approval takes under 48 hours.
10–15% depending on category — bridal 10%, maggam handwork 12%, readymade ethnic 15%. No listing or setup fees.
Withdraw to your bank once your balance crosses ₹1,000 from Completed orders. Transfers are via NEFT, typically within 48 hours of request.
