A flat ₹79 applies to orders under ₹999. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free. Cash on Delivery adds a ₹50 convenience fee. Charges are shown transparently at checkout before you pay.
We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees and Ecom Express, choosing the best partner for your pincode. Every shipment is insured for its full order value.
A tracking ID is sent by email and WhatsApp the moment your parcel is picked up. Live status is always available on the Track Order page using your order number.
We deliver to 19,000+ pincodes across India. COD may be restricted in some remote areas. Remote pincodes may take 2–4 additional days.
During Diwali, wedding season and sale events, dispatch may take 2–3 extra days. Custom order timelines are always confirmed at order time.
Couriers attempt delivery three times and hold parcels for 7 days. Unclaimed parcels return to the vendor; refunds are issued after a quality check of the returned piece.
If the packaging arrives crushed or open, refuse the delivery or record an unboxing video and report within 48 hours — insured shipments are replaced at no cost to you.
